The Animal Production Program celebration was held at the Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shams University, under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Thanaa El-Nubi, Acting Dean of the Faculty.

During her speech, Prof. Thanaa El-Nubi welcomed the attendees, expressing her happiness with the celebration, which is the first in the faculty. She also praised the Animal Production Program with its various departments (Animal and Poultry Production Department and Fish Division), stressing that it is one of the most important programs of the faculty. She also stressed the importance of applied research on the ground.

The activities included a workshop entitled "The Poultry Industry in Egypt: Pros and Cons", delivered by Prof. Mohamed El-Menawy, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Cairo University, for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs and Scientific Advisor to Cairo Three A Company.

Eng. Saeed Moawad, Head of the Animal Production Sector at Dina Farms, also presented another workshop entitled "The Role of the Agricultural Engineer in Dairy Farms".

The events continued by displaying inspiring models of the program graduates in its various sectors (animal, poultry and fish), which had a great impact on the program students and inspired them to continue to excel and strive to raise their efficiency through training and enrolling in relevant courses.

In continuation of the celebration, the top five students in the second, third and fourth levels were honored.

The heads of the Animal and Poultry Production Departments praised this celebration, which will continue annually to motivate and encourage students.

It is worth noting that the celebration was organized by the students of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Club iclub agr at the faculty and under the supervision of Prof. Mahmoud Khorshid, Head of the Animal Production Department, Prof. Salah Al-Safti, Head of the Poultry Production Department, Prof. Sayed Abdel Fattah, Director of the Quality Unit at the Faculty and Director of the Animal Production Program. The celebration was coordinated by Prof. Lamia Mustafa Radwan, Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit.
