Wissam Khaled as President and Mohamed Mansour as Vice President of Ain Shams University Student Union for the academic year 2024/2025

Ain Shams University has closed the curtain on the elections of the university's student union, as the Supreme Committee for Supervision of Student Union Elections, headed by Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, announced the formation of the university's student union for the academic year 2024/2025.

Where student Wissam Khaled Fouad Ibrahim from the Faculty of Archeology was elected as President of the Union and student Mohamed Mansour Abdel Moneim Abdel Salam from the Faculty of Science as Vice President of the University's Student Union.

         
   
         

This came in the presence of the members of the Higher Committee for Supervising the Elections, which included in its membership Prof. Taie Abdel Latif Taha - Full-time Professor at the Faculty of Agriculture as General Supervisor, and legal membership for Prof. Ahmed Ali Abdel Hai Ibrahim Dihoum - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and general administrative coordination Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza - Assistant Secretary-General of the University for the Education and Students Sector, Ms. Asmaa Ali Abdo Khater - Director General of Youth Welfare Office, Technical Member, Mr. Riyad Salah Abdel Fattah Al-Awam - Director of the Department of Families and Student Unions, Communication Officer, and Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Abu Al-Azm - Office of the Vice President for Education and Students, Administrative Member, and membership for each of the student Ahmed Ramadan Mohamed Omar Youssef - Fourth Year, at the Faculty of Business and student Mahmoud Mohamed Al-Sayed - Fourth Year, at the Faculty of Education.

During his speech, Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, congratulated the students who won the student elections, and directed them to expand the role of the union and involve all students in various activities with the aim of motivating them, honing their talents, and supporting the spirit of competition among them.

The President of Ain Shams University stressed that students are the heart and soul of the university, and therefore the role of the Student Union is not limited to representing their colleagues, but extends to being a link between them and the university administration, and we must all work together to achieve the visions and goals of Ain Shams University.

His Excellency also invited the union members to actively participate in the activities and events that the university will hold, as they are an integral part of this educational institution, and their ideas and contributions are what make the university a better place for everyone.

         
   
         

His Excellency also stressed the need to coordinate tasks between academic duties and public work, which is of utmost importance in refining character and building an integrated society; learning is not limited to lecture halls only, but extends to include volunteer work and services. Through these experiences, new skills are acquired, which enhances your ability to work in teams and prepares you to face future challenges.

The President of Ain Shams University thanked the Education and Students Sector, the entire Youth Welfare Family, the Family Department and Student Unions team for their efforts throughout the student elections.

During his speech, Prof. Taie Abdel Latif, a full-time professor at the Faculty of Agriculture and General Supervisor of the Higher Committee for Student Elections, stressed the position of Ain Shams University among different universities in the field of student activities, as the university won the "Best in Student Activities" award at the level of Egyptian universities in 2019, which is what the university administration aspires to through its best students, who are the Ain Shams University Student Union for the academic year 2024/2025.

The Supreme Sports Committee:

The position of Secretary of the Supreme Sports Committee was obtained by student Mohamed Karam Mohamed El-Sayed from the Faculty of Al-Alsun, and the position of Assistant Secretary of the Committee was obtained by student Abdel Rahman El-Saeed Abu Zeid from the Faculty of Specific Education.

The Supreme Technical Committee: The student Ahmed Medhat Sayed Ahmed from the Faculty of Agriculture won the position of Secretary of the Committee, and the student Malak Abbas Fikry Abdel Latif from the Faculty of Specific Education won the position of Assistant Secretary.

The Higher Scouts and Public Service Committee: The student Ahmed Tariq Halil Muhammad Kilani from the Faculty of Law won the position of Secretary of the Committee, while the student Muhammad Ashraf Ezz El-Din Mahmoud from the Faculty of Education won the position of Assistant Secretary.

The Higher Student Families Committee: The student Hossam Muhammad Ali Sabra from the Faculty of Business won the position of Secretary of the Committee, while the student Malak Hatem Muhammad Youssef from the Faculty of Veterinary won the position of Assistant Secretary of the Committee.

Social and Higher Trips Committee: Student Yara Wissam Mohamed Zaki from the Faculty of Languages ​​won the position of Secretary of the Committee, while student Karima Ahmed El-Sayed Afifi from the Faculty of Nursing won the position of Assistant Secretary of the Committee.

Higher Cultural and Media Committee: Student Karim Mohamed Abdel Rahman Attia from the Faculty of Al-Alsun ​​won the position of Secretary of the Committee, while student Raghad Abdel Raouf Anas Ali from the Faculty of Mass Communication won the position of Assistant Secretary.

Higher Scientific Committee: The position of Secretary of the Committee was won by student Karim Khaled Ismail Salem from the Faculty of Science, while student Ruqayya Ibrahim Muhammad Ibrahim from the Faculty of Girls won the position of Assistant Secretary of the Committee.
