Dr. Noha extended her thanks to the University’s Grants and Projects Management Team, which is one of the main reasons for the success of this project. This year, 5 students from the University’s Youth Care Department joined the team to implement the project’s activities in the best possible way. She also praised the cooperation of all the university’s sectors and departments in overcoming all difficulties to carry out the activities in the best possible way, based on the university’s belief in the project’s goals and message.

The coordinator of the Children's University at Ain Shams University explained that the two stages witness the participation of about 150 children to learn about many different specializations through their visits to the university's colleges, so that they can choose the appropriate specialization for them that contributes to shaping their talents by presenting scientific and applied theories in a simplified manner to children in several specializations, including knowing their history through the Faculty of Archeology and conducting experiments through the Faculty of Science, and knowing many technologies through the Faculty of Computers and Information, as it gives them the opportunity to learn about several types of arts through the Faculty of Specific Education, in addition to their knowledge of climate and environmental conditions through the Faculty of Environmental Studies and Research, and they will address the idea of innovation and entrepreneurship and knowledge of success through the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, and other different specializations. Dr. Noha Al-Rafei also pointed out that Ain Shams University is an important and supportive pillar of the Children's University program, as it has hosted this project since 2016 in order to discover scientific talents, highlight creative children and support innovators among them in the early stages of education, adding that the Grants and Projects Department has allocated Al-Helal Auditorium at the Faculty of Science to deliver and receive children participating in the events, in order to ensure the safety of children and facilitate procedures for them.

After the opening activities at the Faculty of Science at the university, the children completed the day's activities, divided into two groups between the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Environmental Research.

It is worth noting that the "Children's University" project is a pioneering educational initiative targeting children in the age group from 9 to 15 years, where the appropriate environment is provided to develop their scientific and creative abilities, to enhance their awareness of the importance of scientific research and innovation.
