Within the framework of the decision of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research No. 1396 issued on 4/21/2022 regarding the restructuring of the committees concerned with nominating university presidents, deans of faculties and institutes, organizing their work, nomination procedures and conditions, and comparison criteria.

And the fifth paragraph of Article Four of the decision explained above, which states:

"The candidate's attendance at the training course held by one of the entities specified by the Supreme Council of Universities to qualify for the position."

As one of the requirements for the position of Dean of a Faculty /Institute at the University is to attend the qualifying courses for that position which will be announced during this year.

The University is preparing the courses for nomination for those positions at the University's Training and Development Center.

Therefore, faculty staff wishing to apply for those courses must bring a recent signed and stamped statement from the University and a copy of the national ID card and submit them to the University's Training and Development Center to take the necessary action.

The twelfth session has been scheduled to be held from February 11-13, 2025. Those wishing to run for the position of Dean of the Faculty /Institute.
