As part of Ain Shams University's commitment to providing the necessary healthcare for its members, and under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, we would like to inform you that faculty staff and employees, in case of exhausting their monthly medicine balance or if there is no coverage from "Misr Insurance," can visit the Medical Care Department to obtain medicine from one of the pharmacies contracted with the university, in accordance with the regulations and rules in place.

As part of the university's efforts to enhance the quality of healthcare services and facilitate quick and efficient access to treatment, the Egyptian Ambulance Pharmacy branch at Ain Shams University campus (2) provides services to the public from Sunday to Thursday, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

The Egyptian Ambulance Pharmacy offers a comprehensive range of medicines and medical supplies, in addition to providing prescription dispensing services for contracts for faculty members and staff.
