It has been decided to start applying for membership in the scientific committees and arbitrators for the fifteenth round (2025-2028) for faculty staff at public universities subject to the Universities Law No. 49 of 1972, as well as other higher educational institutions within the Arab Republic of Egypt that have received international rankings for the last five years before applying. This decision is in accordance with the Higher Council of Universities’ resolution issued on 28/1/2024 regarding the scientific committees. Applications will be accepted starting from 1/2/2025 through this link: click here and will close on Thursday, 6/3/2025.

Faculty staff who have not updated their data should log in to their accounts, update their information, and save it to express their interest in joining the scientific committees and reviewers for the fifteenth round. If they have forgotten their password, they can recover it by following these steps:

1-Visit the website through this link click here and select "Login" from the main menu (at the far right of the page).

2-Click on the link "Forgot your login information?"

3-The browser will prompt to enter the email address or national ID number in English to retrieve the login information.

4-Click to verify the data.

5-The system will send an email containing the login details to the registered email address, and the email address will be displayed to allow the member to review their email (please check both Inbox and Spam/Junk folders).
