Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, Prof. Ali El-Anwar, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hospitals, and Prof. Yasser Zeitoun, Head of the Department of Clinical Pathology, the activities of the 19th Conference of the Department of Clinical Pathology at the Faculty of Medicine, at Ain Shams University, will start tomorrow, under the title "What's Behind the Scene in the Development and Modernization of Laboratories."

The conference will be attended by a group of medical analysis experts from various Egyptian universities, including Cairo (Qasr Al-Aini at the Faculty of Medicine), Alexandria, Assiut, Minya, Benha, Fayoum, Mansoura, Beni Suef, Menoufia, Zagazig, and Al-Azhar, in addition to representatives of the central laboratories of the Armed Forces, the laboratories of police hospitals, and the central laboratories of the Ministry of Health.

The conference will discuss scientific lectures throughout the day, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, on the latest developments in the field of medical analysis, from new tests, modern devices, and advanced research aimed at improving the speed of diagnosis and monitoring patients’ response to treatment, which contributes to providing more accurate and efficient medical services to patients in Egypt.
