The activities of the fourth edition of Ain Shams University's largest employment fair "ASU Employment Fair 2025" were launched, which is organized by Ain Shams University ASU Career Center over the course of two days, February 25 and 26, under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Amani Osama Kamel, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, and Prof. Nevin Assem, Head of the Innovation and Training Sector, and under the supervision of Dr. Ola Sami, Director of the ASU Career Center.
At the beginning of her speech during the opening of the forum, Prof. Ghada Farouk conveyed the greetings of the university president, and expressed appreciation for the efforts made in organizing the forum, which is witnessing remarkable development year after year, as the number of participants has increased, and the activities have diversified to meet the needs of all students.

The Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs stressed that the Ain Shams University Employment Forum represents a bridge between academic education and the requirements of the labor market, and called on students to seize the available opportunities to learn about the needs of the labor market and compete strongly.
At the end of her speech, she thanked the ASU Career Center for its distinguished efforts, in addition to appreciating the participating companies and sponsors for their continuous support to make the forum a success.
Prof. Amani Osama, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, stressed that the forum confirms the university's commitment to integrating academic education with the practical aspect, as part of the university's ongoing efforts to qualify graduates for the requirements of the changing labor market.

The Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research explained that this integration plays a vital role in keeping pace with the current transformations in the labor market, and she also pointed out that companies benefit from the distinguished reputation of the university's graduates.
Dr. Ola Sami, Director of the ASU Career Center, pointed out that the forum is attended by more than 75 companies from international and local companies and banks in various fields and specializations, which provide a large number of training and employment opportunities, which reflects the interest of a large number of companies in meeting and employing graduates and students of Ain Shams University.
She added that the employment forum provides a unique opportunity for university students and graduates to communicate with company representatives in person to learn about the labor market's needs for opportunities and skills, in addition to having a fruitful experience through the various activities offered, such as professional lectures, career guidance sessions, CV reviews, workshops in various technical specializations, and other activities.
She concluded her speech by thanking all those in charge of the forum, especially the 500 volunteers, and thanked the success partners from the companies and institutions participating in the event.

It is worth noting that the forum will be held on February 25 and 26, 2024, from 1 pm to 8 pm, at the ASU Career Center headquarters inside the university city of Ain Shams University in Abbassia. Each day targets different faculties, as the first day (Tuesday, February 25) targets: Faculties of Engineering, Computer and Information Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Science, Agriculture, Girls (Science Department), Dentistry, and the Faculty of Education (Scientific Departments).
The second day (Wednesday, February 26) targets the faculties of Business, Al-Alsun, Arts, Law, Education (literary departments), Specific Education, Girls (literary and education departments), Mass Communication, and Archaeology.
The ASU Career Center welcomes all students and university graduates from all academic years to join and actively participate in the event and benefit from all the various activities.
