Prof. Gehan El-Sayed Saad El-Din Sherif was appointed as Head of the Department of Philosophy at the faculty, effective March 12, 2025, until March 20, 2026, the date she reaches the legal age.

Prof. Naglaa Mahmoud Raouf El-Sayed was appointed as Head of the Department of Sociology at the faculty, effective March 12, 2025, for a period of one year.

The President of the University also issued a decision appointing Prof. Moawad Badawi as Head of the Department of Geography at the faculty, effective July 16, 2024, for a period of one year.

Dr. Ragia Youssef Abdel Aziz Mohamed Abdel Majeed was appointed as Head of the Department of Drama and Theater Criticism at the faculty, effective December 20, 2024, for a period of one year.

Prof. Maha Abdel Aziz Mahmoud Aliwa, full-time assistant professor in the French Language Department, will serve as department head, effective December 3, 2025, for a period of one year.
