Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, met with the vice deans of the faculties for education and student affairs and the directors of the departments affiliated with the sector to prepare for the National Accreditation Commission's visit to the university, scheduled for April 13-17.

At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, emphasized the utmost importance of this visit, noting that it represents a significant milestone in the university's journey towards excellence and comprehensive quality.
He added that Ain Shams University's obtaining institutional accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education is a strategic goal that the university seeks to achieve through the combined efforts of all university staff.
Prof. Savinaz El-Habashi, a full-time professor at the Faculty of Medicine and supervisor of Ain Shams University's application for institutional accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE), presented the accreditation standards, the role of the education sector and students, and the indicators and themes of the national accreditation visit to the university.

Prof. Mona Abdel-Aal El-Zahry, Director of the Education Development Center, highlighted the educational standard and the academic, human, material, and organizational elements it encompasses.
Prof. Hala Mushir, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs at the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, highlighted the criteria for students and graduates, student attraction policies, student activities, campus life, student participation in decision-making, and academic and professional support for students.
Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs, was assigned to review and facilitate all quality-related procedures across all departments of the Education and Student Sector and faculties.
This comes within the framework of Ain Shams University's commitment to providing all possible support to the university's faculties and institutes in ensuring quality education and qualifying for accreditation. This is achieved through continuous communication with faculties, conducting technical support visits, monitoring and evaluating performance, conducting simulations, providing training courses and workshops, reviewing faculties' strategic plans, and verifying their consistency with the university's strategic plan.
