Under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Walaa Abdel Ghani El Sayed, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, the Department of Food Sciences at the Faculty of Agriculture organized a symposium entitled "Nutrition Education and Consumer Development." The symposium was moderated by Prof. Mohamed Mustafa Abdel Razek, Head of the Food Sciences Department Council, with the participation of regulatory authorities, food manufacturing companies, and consulting and training institutions in the fields of food safety and nutrition education.
