في أخبار كلية الحاسبات والمعلومات، تم تسليط الضوء على الجهود الدولية خلال الفترة من ديسمبر 2023 إلى يناير 2024، حيث نظمت الكلية مجموعة من الإجراءات لتيسير تجربة الطلاب الوافدين. وشملت هذه الجهود تسهيل التواصل مع أساتذة المقررات للمستوى الأول، خصيصاً للطلاب الوافدين الذين انضموا للفصل الدراسي الأول بعد امتحان منتصف الفصل، وتقديم الدعم والإرشاد لطلاب المستوى الأول بشأن إجراءات امتحانات الفصل الدراسي الأول، سواء كانت عملية أو نظرية، بالإضافة إلى تهنئة الطلاب الوافدين بمناسبة العام الميلادي الجديد وعيد الميلاد المجيد، من خلال مجموعات ال WhatsApp الخاصة بهم، وإجراء استبيان لتقييم المقررات الدراسية للطلاب الوافدين، مع جمع المقترحات والآراء للنهوض بجودة التعليم وتلبية احتياجات الطلاب بشكل أفضل.
In the news of the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, international efforts were highlighted during the period from December 2023 to January 2024, where the college organized a set of measures to facilitate the experience of international students. These efforts included facilitating communication with course instructors for first-year students, especially for international students who joined in the first semester after the midterm exams, providing support and guidance for first-year students regarding the procedures of the first semester exams, whether practical or theoretical. Additionally, the college congratulated international students on the occasion of the new Gregorian year and Christmas through their WhatsApp groups, and conducted a survey to evaluate the academic courses for international students, collecting suggestions and opinions to improve the quality of education and better meet the students' needs.
