خلال العام الأكاديمي 2023-2024، قام مكتب الكلية في كلية الطب بجامعة عين شمس بتنفيذ عدة أنشطة أكاديمية، حيث شملت هذه الأنشطة تدريس الطلاب غير الناطقين باللغة العربية في مجموعات تدريسية منفصلة للفرق المختلفة، بالإضافة إلى المشاركة في وضع جداول التدريس وتنظيم القاعات، وتسجيل محاضرات باللغة الإنجليزية ونشرها على منصة التعليم الإلكتروني، واختيار أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتنظيم جلسات دعم طلابية مجانية تنقسم إلى مجموعتين حسب لغة التدريس، وتقديم الهياكل العظمية للطلاب لتسهيل دراستهم بشكل عملي وسهل.
During the academic year 2023-2024, the office at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, carried out several academic activities. These activities included teaching non-Arabic speaking students in separate teaching groups for different classes, participating in scheduling teaching timetables and organizing classrooms, recording lectures in English and uploading them to the e-learning platform, selecting faculty members and organizing free student support sessions divided into two groups according to the language of instruction, and providing students with skeletal models to facilitate their studies practically and easily.
